Amazon Shipping Update

We're sorry to announce that Amazon Shipping will no longer be available to ship your Inkthreadable orders.

We always aim to offer the best services available for print on demand, and we were excited at the prospect of our first seven-day courier in the UK. But when reviewing the performance of our Amazon Shipping service, we found that this was not proving to be beneficial to the majority of merchants.

Unfortunately, it's no longer feasible to keep this service online in conjunction with of our competitive Royal Mail 24 rates, which have recently improved to match the next-day service level in most instances.

How will this affect your orders?

Royal Mail 24 Tracked services will replace the Amazon service for all orders going forwards. This service provides fast delivery with the aim to deliver next day after dispatch.

Our tracked Royal Mail services are now cheaper to make up for this change, and we'll continue looking into alternative options to develop our shipping methods in future.

Have you already linked your store to Amazon shipping?

The keywords "AMZ" and "Amazon" will now trigger Royal Mail 24 Tracked services, so you don't need to make any changes if you're happy to continue with this shipping method.

If you'd prefer to revert to DPD or Royal Mail 48, you must change the keyword in your shipping title. Our UK shipping keywords are as follows:-

  • Royal Mail 48 - '48'
  • Royal Mail 48 Recorded - '48 Recorded'
  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked - '48 Tracked'
  • Royal Mail 24 - '24' or 'Regular'
  • Royal Mail 24 Recorded - '24 Recorded' or 'Recorded'
  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked - '24 Tracked'
  • DPD - 'Courier'

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding. Please get in contact with us at support@inkthreadable.co.uk if you have any questions about these changes.
