New cheaper US shipping with USPS

Selling online gives you the opportunity to market your products to a worldwide audience with relative ease, but delivering the order in a fast and reliable manner, at a reasonable cost, is what sets the challenge of expanding your online business worldwide.

The United States is the highest sales country for our merchants, after our home territory of the UK, and with increasing shipping costs it’s been important for us to improve the services available to ship there.

In contrast to UK shoppers, American shoppers expect tracking for their orders by default, so this has been an important consideration when developing a new solution for shipping.

Historically, our services for shipping to the USA included;

  • Royal Mail Standard, which is reasonably priced but doesn’t include any tracking information and can take up to 30 days to arrive.

  • Royal Mail Tracked, which does provide tracking but is a high cost service for small packet, low value goods.

  • DHL Courier, which is a fast service taking only 2-4 days for delivery and offers full tracking capabilities, but is expensive.

Introducing the best-bits of these services together in one package; say hello to our new, faster, low-cost mailing solution with USPS!

From the date we ship your order to the USA, it will take just 3-5 business days before being delivered at the customer’s door by the United States Postal Service, with tracking updates available from door-to-door as standard.

The costs start from just £4.31 including VAT for low weight items, or £4.91 for a single t-shirt.

We achieve this improved service by using courier partners who consolidate all of our US-bound mail, ship it on an overnight service to New York and inject it directly into the USPS mail network. This means we don’t use printing partners - all orders will be printed in-house by our team. So that’s the same service, same quality, and quicker, cheaper shipping to the US.
