I am starting a 'custom-printed apparel and accessory' business and have decided, after a lot of research, to use Inkthreadable as my preferred fulfillment provider.

I have chosen Inkthreadable because it is based in the UK and has favourable reviews regarding delivery, product quality, value for money, integration, and customer service.

At this time, I would like to say how pleased I am by the level of support I have received in the resolution of technical issues, and clarifications to questions I have raised during the initial phase of my startup (particular thanks to Emma and Antony) - it is swift and intelligible and has been of significant help, thus far.

I intend to write more reviews as I reach new milestones, so watch here!

I hope this helps anyone who is thinking of researching a business in this field.

Just received Tote Bag samples - they are complete rubbish!!

The ground is printed grey instead of a black background, it's an awful grey!
The colour is absolutely diluted and the image is very distorted. The bag does not have a gusset at all.
This is nothing like our artwork or our discussion with Inkthreadneedle Ltd - These are awful.
We were denied a refund and asked to send pictures of the product they produced. We said there was no point - there’s nothing worth looking into. They continued to enter into more discussion about the pros and cons but this would be a further waste of our time. Everything we received was a dead loss - there is nothing to redeem - the company hasn’t a clue on what constitutes a quality product. We'll not discuss this further simply because they have made it clear there is no path toward a reasonable outcome. We have to say we’ve been screwed - they would not give a refund under any circumstances - we ended the complaint by asking for the refund and we’d return the bags. There are plenty of excellent companies making Tote Bags - INKTHREADNEEDLE LTD is not one of them.

I switched to Inkthreadable from Printify, and am loving the experience so far... Inkthreadable are eco-friendly, economical & artistic all in one. Love that they have the option of Unlimited Colour Embroidery. A great range of products to choose from. An easy to use website and really helpful customer service from their team. All in all, I'm glad I made the effort to switch to Inkthreadable, and am excited to see how my print-on-demand Etsy shop will benefit from having them as my print provider...

Emailed the company asking to speak with someone as I am neurodivergent and struggle to process the written word. I needed advice about online platforms and whether their company would be the right choice for the project I had in mind.
Matt phoned me within 1 hour and provided a thorough explanation of the process. He went above and beyond, explaining the different procedures and processes, and the various companies that are available, asking me questions to determine what he felt would work best.
My client is Autistic with learning disabilities and creates artwork. Raising money for various charities provides him with a positive sense of achievement and purpose therefore I was needing to understand the processes involved in enabling him to have his designs on various products but was not sure which would be the most convenient, timebound and viable. The information Matt was able to provide has greatly helped and I feel confident in what choices to make regarding this project.

Good products and swift turn around, an easy to use website although sometimes you can be a little slow but I know they are putting in the time to improve their services as a whole.

I'm just starting out, but after switching from Printiful, I'm enjoying working with Inkthreadable. Printful did a poor job of printing, and when I queried, they said it was a ''vintage look.'' The same design printed by Inkthreable looked much better. They have a head of business development to support, which adds an additional layer of assurance that problems can be worked through.

Excellent customer service and communications which means that support is available when needed - and that helps me to manage my customers' experience effectively.

Able to deal with the sudden high volumes of our Christmas sales, and print and dispatch within the advertised timeframe. Throughout this period they also managed stock effectively which kept any issues to an absolute minimum.

Most importantly they are nice people to work with and understand that we are in this together. Highly recommend!

Setting up new suppliers for existing designs is always and back and forth process, and I've been very pleased with the Inkthreadable team. Working with Matt in particular has been very rewarding - he is always on hand to answer questions and help with any queries.

After having a slight glitch with the first embroidered design (due to selecting the wrong colours), the next test was successful, with Matt helping me through the process and ensuring I was happy with the design before it shipped.

I'm looking forward to ordering more in the near future, and would recommend Inkthreadable as a supplier.

I have had 2 separate occasions where ordered items have taken over 2 weeks to be delivered, so be mindful when ordering or offering delivery of products. On one occasion an item was sent back to Inkthreadable due to the royal mail being unable to deliver the item to the address. Only when the customer reached out to us, which we followed up with, did Inkthreadable acknowledge that the item had been returned to them around a week earlier - totally unacceptable. I was told that It was in a back log of items! Even so, as a company which supports small businesses, this return should have been raised to me straight away. This was a very bad look on my company.

Fantastic products with great quality and lots of choice but sadly the time it takes to get products makes POD impossible and even just ordering presents for people is difficult as you need to allow at least 2 weeks. Previously everything was great and dispatched within 3 days now it advises 5 but more like 7 days.

I used to use Printify for my POD products, but I was disappointed by the quality of the products being sent out. So I found Inkthreadable through a google search. I ordered some samples and was very happy with them, so I ordered a bulk lot of mugs to my house, as I send them in boxes from here. I was shocked with how quickly they were made and delivered, with perfect quality! Questions are always answered quickly and Matt is great with checking in after orders are delivered to make sure you're happy with them! Looking forward to building my business with amazing products from Inkthreadable!
