Screen printing has been the king of the garment decorating world for a long time, and there's loads of reasons why. Thanks to our advanced in-house technology we can cater to your needs, no matter how bespoke you want things to get. So why not experiment with screen printing? It's our most common and versatile printing method, especially if you're thinking of bulk ordering stock.
That's because it's one of the fastest printing methods available since the printing process lets us keep going until we've filled your order. And we'll fill it with quality print after quality print, no matter how large your bulk order is.
Cost per unit goes down the higher your order quantity is too, but that doesn't mean t-shirt quality suffers; the last t-shirt we print will look as awesome as the first. It makes screen printing unbeatable for those larger bulk orders that would leave our DTG printers playing catch-up.
T-shirts go through a lot of wear-and-tear. The washing machine is great for getting that questionable smell out, but not so great at being gentle to your clothes. Combined with being worn under your favourite wool cardigan and being thrown onto a chair at the end of the day because it's not quite dirty enough for the wash it's a wonder your clothes don't wear out any sooner.
Screen printing is a very durable printng method, so-much-so that it'll likely take everything your customers can throw at it in its stride and your designs will last just as long, if not longer than anything you can buy on the high street.
We don't cut corners; you expect the best, and we give the best. Inkthreadable only uses the highest quality plastisol and water based inks during the screen printing process. It's just one of the things we do behind the scenes to make sure you always get the best result possible - fresh and vibrant prints that will stand the test of time.
We’ve got a huge selection of different inks for screen printing. Whether you choose the standard plastisol ink, or water based and discharge inks at no extra cost, we can give your designs the special treatment they deserve and print them onto the products you're looking for.
Our screen printing inks are so versatile we can even achieve different finishes - a metallic print of a sloth riding a unicorn? No problem. Metallic inks, puff inks, films, discharge inks; they're all available, and if you're looking for something even more bespoke we'll do everything we can to make it happen.
We print everything ourselves. It's the best way to give our customers exactly what they want, plus it forces us to keep ourselves on top of our game. We work hard to find that perfect balance between excellent quality and low production costs, and having our own screen printing team in-house allows us to be flexible to suit your needs.
Since we handle the screen printing, we handle the shipping too. As well as our standard 7-10 working day delivery we can offer Superfast Delivery options to suit your needs.
A good print starts with the artwork. Screen printing needs a design created to a resolution of 300dpi to achieve the highest quality prints possible. Some designs may require half tones, or other similar effects, and Inkthreadable's in-house screen printing team are on stand-by to talk you through these effects and the best practices for supplying your artwork.
