Everything You Need to Know About Upcoming Shipping Updates

To provide an improved delivery experience for your customers, we are launching new tracked shipping options on the 27th March 2023 and will replace some existing services.

We're confident these changes will ensure a smoother process when we ship your orders to any destination. Our shipping costs will also change in line with our courier's new rates for 2023, and full details can be found in the table at the bottom of this article.

New & Improved Tracked Shipping Services

Fully Tracked UK Delivery

For an improved delivery experience for your UK customers, we are removing the untracked Royal Mail 48/24 services from our shipping methods.

All parcels will now be shipped with tracking, and the price of Tracked shipping has been reduced for single t-shirts to compensate (more details below).

Tracked Shipping to the EU, Canada & Australia

Due to the disruptions to Royal Mail International services so far this year, we've sought alternative solutions for international delivery to ensure we're providing you with the best services available. After speaking with multiple couriers, we found a more dependable International service at a lower cost and are making it accessible via our service from the 27th of March:

  • We're replacing Royal Mail International services to Europe with a new Tracked International service. This means a more secure experience and reliable delivery times for all your parcels.

Our new tracked service is more economical than Royal Mail Recorded for most parcels. For example, a single t-shirt shipping to Europe will cost £5.82 instead of the £9.50 it currently costs on a Recorded service (prices including VAT).

For EU parcels, the zone rate options will no longer apply, and all DPD parcels to Europe will be charged a flat-rate courier fee with a smoother IOSS process.

  • We’re also introducing the fully tracked service for Canada and Australia. 

For Australia, this will replace the current P2P service. And for Canada, this will replace the Royal Mail International service.

This means you can enjoy reliable delivery times without worrying about your orders getting lost in transit.

So get ready to enjoy faster, more reliable deliveries at prices that won’t break the bank!

Changes to Existing Shipping Services

All services will change in price accordingly with our courier's 2023 rates.

We've shared an updated shipping costs table below to show all the prices and changes coming into effect. Our main shipping costs page will also be updated once the new rates are live.

* Parcels over 700g must be shipped with a courier service. Courier shipping costs cover one box up to 6kg, and there is a repeat charge per 6kg (one box = 60 t-shirts or 30 hoodies).

Changes: Removal of untracked services, and changes to the cost of Tracked services.

(RM48 Tracked was £3.20, now £2.12/ £3.33 over 101g. RM24 Tracked was £4.12, now £2.76/ £4.35 over 101g - including VAT.)
