Stanley/Stella Collection Upgrade: Introducing 2.0

We're excited to announce the launch of the Stanley/Stella 2.0 collection, representing a significant upgrade to our product offerings for print on demand.

In this article, we'll walk you through the discon­tinu­ations being made and actions you need to take to seamlessly transition to the new collection.

What's 2.0?

Stanley/Stella have collated partner feedback from the past 2 years to make improvements to popular styles such as the Creator, Changer, Cruiser and more.

More Changes to Keep in Mind

Key Product Details

We've outlined specific details about the changes for each 2.0 product in their product descriptions under the heading Key Upgrades.

Printing and Embroidery Decoration Merged

New styles have both DTG and Embroidery decoration merged into one product, and you can use the print location drop-down in the top-left of the product designer to choose the method you need.

Please note that while the pricing for 2.0 products remains consistent with the original styles they replace, there is an exception: embroidery now incurs the same cost as DTG printing due to recent increases in material expenses.

Transitioning Your Store

To prevent any disruption to your orders, we recommend switching to the 2.0 products as soon as possible.

There are two options to do this depending on your preferred workflow:-

Method 1 - Re-link Existing Product Listings: 

• Head to your integration and re-link products to the 2.0 version, using the tables below as a guide.

• Depending on your product setup, this may require you to remove or change some colours as well as replace your mockups, as certain colours are no longer available and there are new colours to make use of.

• If you require any assistance with this method, please refer to our Help Centre articles on linking existing products. Our support team are also on hand to help.

Method 2 - Export as a New Product:

• Create and Export new products using the 2.0 version from our website, and transfer your existing product details such as names and descriptions.

• This will automatically upload new mockups, ensuring that your customers have the most up to date imagery available.

Existing Products

The styles that are being replaced will soon be archived. If you have created a product using an original style, that product will remain available to you until it's stock is depleted, at which point we must fully discontinue the style.

To assist in making the transition as smooth as possible, we will continue to fulfil orders for existing stores whilst stock is available. More information regarding expected stock availability can be found in the tables below.

Once stock is depleted, you must switch to the 2.0 version to continue fulfilling your orders.

Rest assured, if we receive an order for an item with depleted stock, we will reach out to you to offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

If you're a new user who has not created any products with original styles, you will be unable to view them on our website and must proceed to create products with the 2.0 collection.
