We're Changing Our Shipping to Fully-Tracked for the Same Price

We're making some exciting changes to our UK shipping options. Our Regular Royal Mail shipping methods will be replaced by Tracked for the same price! This makes Royal Mail 24 Tracked our cheapest next day delivery option.

So, what does Fully-Tracked shipping mean?

Well, it means that you can track every step of your parcel's journey via Royal Mail's website. Most importantly, it means we can provide the most secure shipping method available today with an unprecedented 100% guarantee that your order will arrive safely.

This change will significantly impact parcels that include more than one t-shirt (101g+ in weight), because they'll now carry full tracking capabilities at no additional cost.

What changes are being made?

Royal Mail Tracked services are being reduced in price to the same cost as regular shipping for multiple t-shirts - but for very small parcels with one t-shirt on their own, the Regular Royal Mail 24 & 48 services will remain. This ensures that all UK parcels with a weight above 101g will be shipped on tracked services. 

Please note that shipping cost reductions will come into effect from 9 AM on Monday, 5th of July and only applies to UK deliveries.

This change will make it possible for your customers to track their parcel’s journey in real-time and protect against theft when you use the new fully tracked shipping service. This level of visibility is a huge benefit to your customers, giving them peace of mind that their package will arrive as expected.

How can I benefit?

If you're already using Regular Royal Mail 24/48 in your integrated store, you don't need to do anything to benefit from these great new changes! All orders up to 100g will be placed on the Regular service as normal, and all orders over 101g will be automatically placed on the 24/48 Tracked service for the same cost as Regular.

Not yet using these shipping methods? Simply change your keyword in the integration to “24” or "Regular" for Royal Mail 24, or "48" for Royal Mail 48. Alternatively, you can place orders on our website using the Royal Mail 24 and 48 Tracked services at their new prices.

FAQ

Can I still ship my order on Regular Royal Mail 24/48 if it’s more than one t-shirt?

No, this change is removing the Regular Royal Mail 24/48 option for all orders that weigh more than 100g. Instead, the order will be received on the Tracked method at the same cost as Regular shipping.

What are the delivery times for the Tracked services?

Royal Mail aim to deliver 24 Tracked parcels on the next day working day, and 48 Tracked parcels within 2-3 working days.
