New Shipping Costs April 2022
Due to further courier price increases, our shipping costs are rising for all Royal Mail and USPS services. The new prices will go live on Monday, 4th of April.
Increasing prices is something that we're always trying to avoid, but the rise in costs from the couriers means that prices do have to be raised. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We have created a list of the new shipping costs so you can be prepared for the changes.
Which shipping costs are rising?
UK - Royal Mail
On Monday, 4th of April 2022, we'll be implementing price adjustments for all Royal Mail services in the UK.
The Tracked methods are increasing by only 3%, whilst untracked services are facing the biggest change at 11% difference. The updated UK Royal Mail prices can be seen in the below table, and will be added to our website when the rates go live.

Europe - Royal Mail
All European Royal Mail service prices are being increased by 3%.

USA - USPS Tracked
The updated USPS service pricing is shown in the table below.
These rates remain significantly more competitive to comparable Royal Mail services, and the USPS services also includes door-to-door tracking and an average delivery time within 5 days.
In addition to the price change, we must also remove the USPS shipping rate for orders weighing 0-99g, and any orders that would previously fall into this bracket will now be included in the cost of parcels up to 100g.

Rest of the World
Prices for Royal Mail services to the rest of the world are also increasing by 3%.

How will the changes affect my store?
If your store is integrated, you'll need to update your store's shipping options in line with our new rates and services. But don't worry, we have guides in our help centre that detail the process for updating shipping rates on integrated e-commerce platforms.
The new shipping costs will be updated on our Shipping Costs page from Monday the 4th of April 2022, but if you’d like to make the change before then please use the tables we’ve provided above.
