ABOUT SUBLIMATION
Dye sublimation is a digital printing technique that uses heat to transfer dye onto various substrates, resulting in vibrant, durable, and high-resolution prints. Unlike traditional printing methods that apply ink on the surface, dye sublimation infuses the dye directly into the material, creating images that are resistant to fading, cracking, or peeling.
DYE SUBLIMATION PROCESS

Design Creation: Create your digital design using graphic design software, ensuring it meets the specific requirements for dye sublimation printing.

Printing onto Transfer Paper: The design is printed in reverse onto special sublimation transfer paper using sublimation inks.

Heat Transfer: The printed transfer paper is placed onto the substrate, and both are subjected to high heat and pressure using a heat press. This causes the solid dye to convert into a gas without passing through a liquid state—a process known as sublimation—and permeate the substrate.

Cooling and Finalisation: Once the heat is removed, the dye solidifies within the substrate, resulting in a permanent, full-colour image.
