Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Growth and Change at Inkthreadable

What a year it’s been! 2024 has flown by, and it’s been a time of transformation for the entire Inkthreadable family.

This year, we embraced change like never before, turning many of our operations on their head and reimagining the way we work. Behind the scenes, our team has been laser-focused on streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

We’re thrilled to report that these efforts have paid off in a big way. The improvements we’ve made have had a real, positive impact, helping us work smarter and deliver even better service to you, our amazing customers.

For the first time since 2018, we were able to extend our UK last order dates for guaranteed Christmas delivery. This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work of our team and the support from amazing customers like you.

Peak season prep started all the way back in June, and it’s been incredible to see the results of those efforts. Tens of thousands of products have made their way to your customers' doorsteps this past month, and together, we’ve hit some huge milestones:

• Orders from Black Friday through Cyber Monday were shipped in an average of just 1.8 days (including weekends!). This trend has continued through December.

• Over 97% of all orders have been shipped within our advised shipping times.

• And here’s a personal highlight: At our Christmas party, we recognised three team members who’ve each processed either 500,000 or 1,000,000 products during their time with Inkthreadable.
