Most Gildan products are manufactured with two labels in the neck, but only one can be removed when a printed label is opted for. The second label contains the required legal information so it has to remain unremoved.

Most clothing orders ship in our custom paper mailers. Items aren’t individually bagged to reduce waste. The bags are strong, recyclable, compostable, and weather-proof.
Boxes
Larger or mixed orders are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes, with fragile items protected in their own packaging first.
Mug boxes
11oz white & two-tone mugs: shipped in our custom protective boxes.
Enamel & travel mugs: shipped in thinner boxes, then wrapped inside a paper mailer for extra protection.
Poster tubes
Posters ship in strong cardboard tubes to prevent damage. A5 & Bamboo prints go in reinforced envelopes, as they can’t be rolled.
