Important Update About DPD Services

We wanted to take a few moments to update you on a sudden change in service with our parcel delivery partner, DPD. Unfortunately, due to the heavy demand caused by the ongoing strike action at Royal Mail, DPD has stopped accepting parcels to certain postcodes in the UK. If any of your orders are affected, you will receive an email with more details.

We understand that this is frustrating news so close to Christmas, and we’re doing our best to find solutions through all available options. Our team has been hard at work seeking alternative couriers to organise affected UK shipments, and your order will be shipped with an alternative courier for delivery before Christmas. No matter the courier, you can easily track your parcels using this link.

Unfortunately, parcels continuing to ship with DPD are facing delays of up to 3 days due to operational issues and bad weather. You can see a list of DPD areas affected by operational issues and/or severe weather here.

We're incredibly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 

We want to assure you that we’re doing everything in our power to get your orders shipped on time with a suitable courier. We will provide an update once the service is fully restored and apologise for any inconvenience caused by this disruption.
