How are the dates calculated?
All dates are determined based on the courier's last post dates, along with the average lead time and average delivery time per courier. We also allow for a couple of additional days to account for any potential delays caused by high shipping volumes during peak times. This approach ensures that we provide accurate estimates while considering possible disruptions in the delivery process.
How do I use this to inform my customers?
We recommend creating a last order dates page in your e-commerce store using the dates above as a guide. If you have an email marketing list, you should also send an email to let buyers know when to place their Christmas gift orders.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive in time?
Please note that while we strive to ship orders in time for each courier's last post dates, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive before Christmas. After the parcel leaves our facility, we no longer have control over its delivery.
Are there any products I can use for a quicker delivery?
Where possible we recommend using our 3-Day SLA products, which have the latest last order dates above.
When will orders placed over the Christmas closure be processed?
Production is limited between December 29th and 31st, so orders placed during the closure may take longer than usual to dispatch. Only days when we are open are counted as "working days." There may also be some unexpected delays due to inbound stock.
Can I contact customer service during this time?
Our support team is available between 9am and 3pm from December 29th to 31st. On closed days you can still email us, and we will respond when we are back.
Will my delivery be delayed?
While we aim to dispatch orders as usual on working days, some delays may occur due to closures with our suppliers and couriers during the Christmas period.
What happens if I need to make changes to my order?
If you need to amend an order, please email us as soon as possible, and we will handle your request when we are open.
