Shipping Cost Price Increase 2026
Shipping costs have been rising across the industry for a while now, driven by things like changes in packaging costs, fuel costs, and international shipping policies. Over the past couple of years, Inkthreadable has absorbed these increases, but we’ve reached a point where our shipping prices need to better reflect the costs charged by our couriers. These price increases will come into effect on 13th February 2026.
We understand that any price increase can be concerning, especially for small businesses, and this isn’t a decision we’ve taken lightly. While nobody enjoys rising prices, it’s a necessity that allows your orders to continue being shipped safely, reliably, and efficiently to the standard your customers expect.
With that same focus on reliability, we’ve also decided to remove Evri as a shipping option. While our Royal Mail and courier services continue to perform well, we saw a noticeable rise in missing and delayed parcels with orders shipped through Evri. Shipping is a key part of how your customers experience your brand, and choosing more dependable delivery options helps us support you with fewer issues, fewer delays, and happier customers overall.

What do I need to do?
If your store is integrated with Inkthreadable and you've already set up your shipping rates, you need to decide if you want to pass these increases on to your own customers or absorb the cost yourself.
