Packaging
Inkthreadable ships every order in plain, white-label packaging, with no Inkthreadable branding, pricing or invoices inside, so your customer only ever deals with your shop. Everything we pack with can be recycled or composted, and the only plastic is the end caps on tubes for rolled art prints.
How each product is packed

| Bamboo art prints | Flat on a backing board, in a clear compostable bag inside a cardboard envelope. |
| A5 art prints (any paper) | Flat on a backing board in an envelope. |
| All other unframed posters and art prints | Rolled in a round cardboard tube with plastic end caps. |

We can’t add your own inserts, thank-you cards or branded packaging to orders.
If an order arrives damaged
If an Inkthreadable order arrives damaged in transit or with a product fault, send us photos of the item and its packaging, along with the order number. Once we’ve confirmed the damage, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Faults reported more than 28 days after dispatch can be replaced but not refunded. Read our full returns policy.
