This gilet mixes technical performance, sustainability, and decoration friendliness. The Trail Blazer is a men’s sleeveless softshell jacket designed to keep you protected and polished, with a clean canvas for your custom prints or logos.

PRODUCT DETAILS

  • Technical Fabric Blend: 94% recycled polyester, 6% elastane — stretch, resilience and eco-credentials.

  • 315 gsm Weight: A substantial fabric weight that maintains structure but stays flexible.

  • 3-Layer Construction: Outer softshell + recycled TPU membrane + bonded fleece inner layer for warmth, wind resistance and comfort. 

  • Water-Repellent, Breathable & Windproof: Ideal for layering or use in transitional weather.

  • High collar for extra coverage

  • Adjustable bottom hem with elastic cord + plastic stopper

  • Reverse nylon centre front zip

  • Zipped outside welt pockets with reflective elastic pullers

  • Side stretch panels for better shape / movement
     

Care Instructions: Wash similar colours together. Wash and iron inside out. Do not iron directly on print areas.

Larger or mixed orders Sturdy cardboard boxes, with fragile items protected in their own packaging first.
11oz white and two-tone mugs Custom protective mug box.
Enamel and travel mugs A slimmer box, wrapped in a paper mailer for extra protection.
Socks and other small accessories Hardback envelope.
Cushions Large brown mail bag.
Bamboo art prints Flat on a backing board, in a clear compostable bag inside a cardboard envelope.
A5 art prints (any paper) Flat on a backing board in an envelope.
All other unframed posters and art prints Rolled in a round cardboard tube with plastic end caps.
Framed prints Custom-designed cardboard box that protects them in transit.
Canvases Cardboard box.

We can’t add your own inserts, thank-you cards or branded packaging to orders.

If an order arrives damaged

If an Inkthreadable order arrives damaged in transit or with a product fault, send us photos of the item and its packaging, along with the order number. Once we’ve confirmed the damage, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Faults reported more than 28 days after dispatch can be replaced but not refunded. Read our full returns policy.
