The design is slightly visible through the black before heat is added to the mug (but this is stated in the Overview tab). All in all, good value for money and the end product looks good :)

We can’t add your own inserts, thank-you cards or branded packaging to orders.
If an order arrives damaged
If an Inkthreadable order arrives damaged in transit or with a product fault, send us photos of the item and its packaging, along with the order number. Once we’ve confirmed the damage, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Faults reported more than 28 days after dispatch can be replaced but not refunded. Read our full returns policy.
